A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, with a degree in Business Administration, Jerry Bliss started his sales career in the world of Advertising for a major business publication. After 5 years in the advertising field, Jerry surged into the profession of Real Estate Sales, where residential sales have become his forte for over 25 years. His initial foray into Real Estate was when he joined Jon Douglas Company, which became Coldwell Banker Real Estate. They were well-known throughout the industry as having the most detailed Real Estate Training Program in the Los Angeles area. After graduating from their training program, Jerry became a full-time sales associate for the company for the next 5 years. While Jerry was with Coldwell Banker, he was recruited by John Aaroe and Associates, which later merged with Prudential California Realty. During Jerry's 19 years with the company, he was consistently a member of the Chairman's Circle, whose members are in the top 3 percent of real estate agents nationwide.
